Our Commitment to Our Guests
As we make the transition back to in-person events, it is the Council’s top priority to ensure the safety of our guests and partners. In order to have an in-person component to this year’s Four Pillar Tribute, we will be enforcing certain protocols relating to the COVID-19 pandemic in the interest of keeping our honoree, our guests, our volunteers, and our staff healthy and safe.
If you feel sick in the days leading up to the event, please stay home. There will be a free, live stream of the Ambassador’s Tribute available for viewing.
We thank you for your understanding of and compliance with the following guidelines:
- Face masks must be worn and will be enforced at all times during the event. Masks can only be removed when seated at your table to eat and drink.
- All guest must be fully vaccinated. You are considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after you receive a second dose in a two-dose vaccine series or two weeks after you receive a single-dose vaccine. Proof of vaccination may be shown by presenting a physical vaccination card, a photo of a physical card, or digital confirmation of vaccination.
- Guests who are not fully vaccinated will be required to show a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to the event (dated October 11 or later).
- Proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test taken on or after October 11th will be REQUIRED for entry
